Questions:
Q Are your classes accepted for CEUs in my state?
A YES, our courses are accepted in ALL states for CEUs, see
our approvals/accreditation below.
Q Do I have to finish the online class at one
time? A No. You may return to the class as many times
as necessary to complete the course. When you register for the
class, you make up your own user ID and password; and you may return
at any time, 24/7 in order to complete it.
Once you are already enrolled in a class, go
directly to Course Web Site as a "RETURNING STUDENT"

Q If I do not pass the test, can I still get my
certificate? A If you fail the test, you will be
asked to review your answers to see where you made your mistakes.
Then you may take the test again, as many times as you need, in
order to pass the test. There is no charge for re-takes.
Q I submitted my test for grading, and it says I
received a -0- on the test, and I did not pass. A The
problem is most likely that you are using an internet service such
as AOL, Yahoo, or other provider. These providers do not
actually bring you to our web site. They use a copy of our web
site that they keep in their memory. You should log out and
use Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, or other software that
goes DIRECTLY to the Internet. This should solve the problem.
Q How soon will I get my certificate once I pass
the test? A As soon as you pass the test, you will
immediately receive an Emails at the Email address you gave us when
you enrolled in the class. The Email has your certificate as an
attachment. You may download the attached certificate, display the
certificate; you may save the attachment and print your certificate.
Q What do I do if I have problems with the web
site? A You may call us at 1-800-743-4006, during
normal business hours, 8-8, Pacific Time, and we can walk you
through the process, if you should have problems. If something
happens to your computer, we can even send you a printed copy of the
class, or a CD copy of the class, in order to finish it.
Q How do I get a copy of my certificate in case I
lose it or need another copy? A First, save a copy of
the Email we send you. You may go back to that Email and print
certificate as many times as you need. If you did not save the
Email, then call our office and we can send you another copy. (no
charge)
Q How long do you keep my course
and certificate available online? A We keep your
account active online for one full year. If you request, we
can keep your account active longer. However, we also keep
your certificate on file in our office for more than six years, as
required by most state Nursing Boards. You may request duplicate
copies of your certificate for up to 6 years at no extra charge.
Course Approvals:
Our courses are accepted by
ALL State Boards of Nursing that have mandatory CE requirements for CEU credit at this time. Our courses are approved by:
1. California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider number
CEP3285. 2. West Virginia Board of Examiners for
Registered Professional Nurses, WV2004-0468RN.
3. Delaware provider number DE-131, for Delaware nurses and
other states. 4. National approval by the Competency & Credentialing Institute;
which is accredited by the National
Commission for Certifying Agencies, is acceptable
for New Jersey nurses and for other State Boards' requirements for
advanced practice nurses.
Many
other National
Certification/Accreditation Boards also accept these classes for CE credit (for example, CNOR,
nurse practitioners, etc.) Taylor College cannot guarantee
acceptance by all Nursing Boards. There are constant changes in
certification requirements. Therefore, it is each individual
nurse's responsibility to contact your
State and/or National Certification Board to be sure these courses are accepted.
Refund Policy for Online Classes:
A refund will be offered to any customer who is
dissatisfied for any reason with any of our online courses. The refund will be issued in the amount of the full fee paid by the
customer, minus a $10 processing fee for each transaction. The customer must request a refund BEFORE the course is
completed. Once the course is completed and the certificate of completion is issued, there can be no

Privacy Policy:
The protection of our customers’ privacy is of
utmost importance to the employees and management of Taylor College. Please note that it is the policy of Taylor College to
NEVER disclose ANY customer information to third parties for any reason. We never sell or give out
our customer lists; names, addresses, phone numbers, financial information, or email addresses. It is
also our policy to never give out any customer information over the telephone to any third party without the prior
