| Shipping Home study Courses:
1. Course materials are sent by First Class/Priority Mail
or DHL Express for 1-3 day delivery (excludes Sundays, & Holidays) anywhere in the U.S., whichever method is determined to be the best and fastest method of delivery (included in the $6 shipping charge). (foreign shipping extra)

2. For faster delivery, overnight express (excludes Saturdays, Sundays, & Holidays)
is available. There will be an additional charge of
$15 or more depending upon weight of the materials . Express mail is only at customer request and authorization.
*Note: Even express mail
cannot be guaranteed overnight to certain rural areas. (foreign shipping extra). We CAN mail your course to a PO Box.
However, this method may take 1-2 days extra for delivery.
Orders for our Home study classes are shipped the same day we receive them,
Monday-Friday (Holidays excluded).

Course fees may be paid by VISA, MasterCard, Personal Check, or Money Order. We can also take your personal check by phone or by FAX (call for details). We also offer payment plans (call for details). Tax is charged only for shipments to California addresses.

Additional shipping charges must be paid in advance with US funds (check or Money Order) or credit card. (call for details).

Refund Policy:
If you change your mind for any reason, any unused course may be returned for a full refund minus a restocking fee of $10, within 15 days from date of purchase.
If course is returned to us postage paid and in PERFECT
condition, then we will waive the $10 restocking fee.
Any unused course may be exchanged
for a different course within 15 days from date of
purchase (returned course must be in perfect condition).
Courses must be returned to us by insured mail. Customer must pay the insured shipping charges or UPS charges for the returned course. Only one free exchange is allowed per customer.
After 15 days there are no refunds or exchanges.
However, after 15 days, you DO have the option, to: (1) transfer the course to another nurse
or: (2) hold the course and use it for your next license
period. In either case, the payment is due in our office within 15 days or there will be late charges added.
